Have you had any speeding tickets or more then one? If you have had a speeding ticket did you go to driving school to clear a point off your record? I had to go to school because I forgot to turn on my lights.

I have been lucky so far. I have had a ticket or a rolling stop but that is it. I did not even know you could go to driving school to drop points.

I got a speeding ticket once, the officer told me "mam most people slow down when they see us, you kept on accelerating" I was already busted. haha, why slow down. I was doing 67 in a 55 mph zone. I was lucky no points, because I had not had any other tickets.

I got many in my younger days, they all seemed to come in threes for me. I did not ever go to driving school back then to reduce points, so it did take a while to get the points off. I never got too many points though at once to have anything like get my license revoked.

The first time I should have got a speeding ticket I cried my way out of it. The police officer told me how much the ticket was going to cost and I started crying. I said I was late to pick my husband up and he was going to be really mad. Even worse if I had a speeding ticket. The next one I got I just had to pay. I don't in the province I was living at the time they took points off your licence. I have a heavy foot so I have to be careful. Especially on the highway. We are getting a new car next and it has cruise control.

I have never gotten a speeding ticket (knock on wood), but did get pulled over by a cop once for speeding. After seeing my oldest son (at the time he was about 5) crying and me stressing over it, the officer let me go with a warning.

Neither me nor my hubby have got any ticket for speeding up or any other rule braking activity. We really follow rules when driving. Why have to speed up when there is a chance to get more than $100 ticket. Anyway we should always follow the rule, what is good for us.
