Like a reunion in a way everyone would meet in real time, see eachother face to face and actually meet and talk.
Would that be something you would do, if you could do? Or would you rather remain behind your computer screen and talk safely?....just an idea that struck me as interesting...what do you think?

I believe myLot are throwing a party for all of us next Christmas - all expenses paid...just kidding. Maybe a chat room could be organised and we could use our webcams to speak to and see each other. Nice idea.

I belong to a few other rooms and have had the chance to meet some of the members.Some friends I have made online I talk to or see frequently.But with MyLot being so world-wide in its memberships,this would be almost impossible for it to become a reality unless MyLot members started forming mini-MyLot groups( which may start alienating other members).
When I do plan a trip,I usually check with my online friends to try to meetthem along my way.

It would be interesting to see what people look like and how they sound, but I think I would rather remain anonymous. We might not say the same things if we could see and hear each other. I am not looking forward to the time when webcams are on every computer. It will seem like you have no privacy then, and we will have to dress nicely just to log on.

Although I would like to see a meeting of all of the myLot members, I don't think it would be a good idea. There are many interest people here, but no matter where in the world they'd do the meeting, there would be a problem of how people would get there. Some people on this site can barely afford what they have so they are earning what they can to pay bills from this site. Then there is the issue of getting a visa to another country to go to the meeting. Now if there were a reunion tour of 20 cities around the world, that would be nice. Then small groups of people could get together. They could do this every five years. (But maybe the people of myLot could barely afford to pay us much less for a reunion like that. They would probably have to charge for tickets.)
