Whats for dinner tonight?

I'm having seafood salad tonight.

Pork Roast, with roasted potatoes, & butter beans & salad. Cherry cranberry jello for dessert.

We are having something tonight we have never had...wild goose. A friend went goose hunting in Canada and brought us a goose. He was really sweet...brought it to us already "dressed" (defeathered and cleaned). We found a recipe on line so we are trying that. It has another hour to go in the oven before it is finished.

Chicken and steak quesdilla's with green peppers, some homemade french fries and grilled zucinni.

We are having spagetti tonight.
