A twist on a full cake. Use a mix, or home made cake receipe of your choice Buy sugar ice cream cones, with flat bottom Place the cones into a muffin cake holder, and secure with foil around cone. Pour cake mix into cones about 3/4 full. Bake in oven according to your directions. Just check if cake is done sooner. Use a toothpick. After they rise and are done, keep them on a rack until cooled to frost. Use white or choc. or both, frosting. It will look like an ice cream cone. Swirl it around to a peek. Add a cherry on top with sprinkles. Great for kid's parties.

What a great idea margie! Spring and summer are on their way and we will be opening our pool. My daughter graduates high school this year and is uneasy abotu going to college and leaving friends behind. She has already said that she wants to have lots of pool parties before they all leave for college. These will be so cute to serve at one of the parties!! Thanks!
