Business Question - For Website Owners

Hi! I would like to start my own business and I got a quote from a local web designer that was pretty high. I would just like some feedback to know - who designed your website? Did you hire someone local or go to a site like RentaCoder? If you used someone online, were you happy with the result? Thanks! :-)

Hi clownfish, I am a part time web designer and design my own sites. I thought of hiring someone to do mine but the web designers that I contacted wanted over three hundred per page. If you are interested let me know.

Hi! Thanks for the reply! I contacted a local designer where I live who quoted me a base price of $600 for 5-10 pages. Yikes! Thanks for the offer, I'm still thinking things over between a few different business ideas! :-)
