I have an idea but I'm not sure whether you will like it or not . Ask your husband to leave everything to your plans . At day time you both can go out ,do some shopping enjoy a small ride ,come back at home in evening . Order some food from hotel he like to eat. Have a candle light dinner. Arrange for some flowers all of different types and arrange them in room . get a good mild perfume and rest is all you know . Make him happy for his life Do whatever he wishes. This was sort of personal if u felt something bad I'm Sorry.

Try to celebrate it in a hotel, doesn't matter if its out of town or not. As long as you two are alone together, pigging out with all your favorite food ... and do something fun.

my husband just got a sweet surprise from me on his bday weeks ago. we went to a beach in Batangas and he thought that it was just an ordinary bday outing. but i surprised him with a cake and balloons when we arrived at the beach. he was really happy and it was one of his happiest birthday ever. good luck on your plans.

We are on a limited budget as well so I have to get a little creative. We have a summer aniversary so last year I surprised him with a camping trip up in the mountains all by ourselfs in this realy secluded area where there wasnt anyone else. My hubby is a big outdoors kinda guy so he loved it. For his last b-day I just made a smorkishboard of all his favorite food and they are all fried so he doesnt get them too often. I also made his 3 favorite deserts and the kids made him cards. After they went to bed I treated him to a full boddy masage and some nice romantic time. I am sure you will find just the right thing for your hubby, you know him better than we do ! Good luck and I hope you have manny blessed years together !

It depends on what you have in your area. Are you able to go on some kinda romantic day trip like a few hour dinner cruise? How about a dinner at a jazz club or something? Or maybe go to a spa together so you can get a massage each and spend a relaxing day together? Or do something fun and out of the ordinary like go to the zoo!
