I just don't know how because once I eat them, I really don't like it. My parents don't force me but I know it would be having a bad effect on my body sooner or later. How are you able to eat veggies that are so bitter in the mouth? When did you learn to eat them? thnx

Well vegetables are delicious to eat, you can cook them, add some spices like onion, garlic, chili for flavor. You can also have vegetables raw in the form of salads, to make the salads more delicious, you can add lime juice, vinegar, drizzle some olive oil, use a salad dressing. Vegetables are the best source of vitamins with minimum calories, even fruits have vitamins, however they have a high sugar content, so the calorie intake is more. Barring a few vegetables, most of the vegetables are not bitter, since you are not used to having them start having them in small quantities, you can also cook them with your gravy based meat dishes and have them.

Well then find a way wherein u will like to eat veg. I am very choosy person and so i can eat certain vege if it is cooked in a certain way only. Some veg i can eat raw only and others i can eat fried or boiled only. If things change then its very hard for me to swallow. Do a experiment on yourself and try eating same veg in different ways like salad, fried, boiled and then u would know which way u can eat happily.
