I was advised not to Post but just Respond to earn more.

If I post I have to go back to them from time to time and make a comment which is time consuming. If I just concentrate on responding quality and lengthy discussions, I can make 100 of so responses a day which can be translated to more than $2. Good as it may look, the idea doesn't work for me. There are moments that I have flashes of good topics and feel the irresistible urge to post them. I think the beauty and enjoyment of mylotting experience is in both, posting and responding. Do you the wisdom in the advice? Will it work for you?

I really think that what works for me is to start a discussion and post at some quality discusion at the same time. What I learned in my 1 month stary here on myLot is that you can build strong friendship when you are sharing your views and opinions to your friends discussion and they do the same too with your discussion eventhough it can be time consuming to go back to your discussion and comment on thier respond you can really feel that your discussion is healthy one because there is an exchange of ideas in a professional manner and you gain something out of it. I think it is a matter of time management that I have to allot a certain time of the week to get back to my discussion mark best response. And I have a certain target to post on a day so that I can have a good earning as well.

I'd say having your own discussions is as important as responding to others.I am interested in understanding a person to whose discussions I respond and it's logical that others ,too, would want to know me better. Our discussions can go a long way in making that happen through the exchange of thoughts. There are times when a societal perspective on issues helps us understand cultures better and with a wide demography as Mylot has , it becomes a great platform for brainstorming such issues.

Yes, in a sense, mylotting is giving as cross-cultural exposure and varied societal perspectives enriching our own understanding of relevant issues in life through meaningful interactions with some other users. This is great.

This doesn't always work for me, but during the day I make mostly responses. For me, making responses are easier rather than starting new discussions. I don't know what it is, but I can't always think of new topics to start unlike some people here. It's difficult for me knowing what topics attracts people.

I was away for a long time and I'm thinking of finding ways to catch up in mylot. For the time being I try to answer as many discussions I can to improve my earnings.

If I post 100 topic per day, the chance is 50 percent of that topic have an answer only. But it will definitely having a good earning. Some people say that posting a reply have a chance to earn more rather than posting a topic.
