What type of acne/pimple medication should I buy tommorow?

My skin has gotten like 200-300% worst in the last 3 months and I CANNOT stand it anymore. I feel so hideous. lol
So, what has worked for you or worked for someone you know? It has to be something I can buy at a general store. Im not paying for a demeratologist, I tried that already.
Heres my list of stuff that didn't work (for my skin, it might for you we are all different):
- Noxema
- Total
- Clearisil (spelled wrong)
- Ponds
- CVS Brand
I haven't tried Neutrogena sense I was younger. Any recommendations would be great. I am going to buy all of the following from ONE brand:
-Wash
-Toner
-Moisturizer
-Night Cream

I would recommend going to your doctor instead of just putting up with your skin. It can really effect your self-confidence. I'm in the UK so all healthcares free- guess that might make a difference but anything from your doctor is guaranteed to work- unlike a lot of these gimmicky products. My skin isn't too bad and I was prescribed an unlimited supply of Zineryt lotion, I apply it every night and now my skin is totally clear. If I don't use it my skin breaks out. If your looking for a skincare brand i'd recommend Clean & Clear or something else which is a very simple formula.
