Very, Very Well Done. I am not a vampire so I would not want my meat floating in a pool of blood... Nor would I like the idea of sinking my teeth into something that even slightly still looked pink inside... No thanks it has to be cooked well or I don't want it at all

I must have my steak very well done, yeah burnt sometimes haha I can barely stand to eat dinner with someone who is having a rare steak, with all that red running in their plate. But to each his own.

I like mine medium. Just a little pink, but not enough to make me sick. Medium is tender enough but not too bloody. I think it's perfect.

burnt is just wrong, you lose all of the taste, It should be nicely cooked on both sides, but still pink in the middle to give it a beautiful tender taste
