TMZ has learned that a document circulated to reporters in Miami that purports to be an order coming from the Los Angeles County Superior Court -- is a fake. The document looks to be a five-page fax, and appears to have the signature of L.A. judge Robert Schnider. According to a spokesman for the court, this signature is forged and no such order has been issued. The Los Angeles County District Attorney has opened a criminal investigation into the forgery, which constitutes a felony offense.
