The rudest and most dispicable feature ever developed as a result of the cell-phone cancer is texting. It is pathetic, stupid, a huge waste of time, a bigger waste of money and a cowardly way to express oneself. So, all texters, please be advised to not bring this sloppy habit to the floor of Mylot.com and expect to gain any civilized response from the rest of us. Young people, especially gangsters, hide behind texting because they can never really talk to another human being properly because of pure laziness. It's like when e-mail first came out: People hid behind it, and they're hiding behind texting. It is childlike and useless. The choice is yours: Continue being a "mommy's boy" or "daddy's girl" and "text" people on Mylot.com and get the non-responses and zero income you deserve -- or write to us like adults and be rewarded with a paying network and deserved market position. It's up to you. Put that cell phone away for just a minute, and get well-grounded in real skills that will help you for life. Texting is for illiterate fools. Writing is where the action, and the money, really is.

yeah this is true even my country is the "texting capital of the world". Most of my friends are texting their enemies because they cannot face them or anything. They are frank while texting but are they frank when they face their enemies? oh no.. i don't think so.. texting is for communication not for fighting. so please lets use our cellphone in a proper way. technologies are so smart now but please dont abuse them.

Texting tends to exaggerate or distort true feelings. You can really hurt someone else with a vicious text, and later regret it. Texting leads to more violence, crime and even tends to help criminals set up criminal enterprises. It's harder to monitor texting than it is voice, so police have no upper hand. There is nothing redeeming or remotely useful about texting, other than it produces billions in undeserved income for exploitive cell-phone companies.

Oh yes texting I hate it my sister always texes me and most of it is rubbish, also there are so called friends that just text me and they want me to call them back for which I do not call them back any more unless it is urgent. I cannot undersand why they cannot phone me on my home phone if they really want to talk to be and be civil about it.
