i don't know why but people prefer firefox more than any other browser. I haven't used it yet but i think opera is much easy to use. Does firefox have a wand feature like opera to fill the passwords automatically? Does it use less memory than opera? I want to have a survey to know which is better so that to fit my needs.

when you are cocmparing between opera and firefox then i would say that fire fox is much better than opera. firefox is very stable. it does not use a lot of system resources and also it has a very nice engine. but opera is not very system friendly. it uses a lot of ram. it does not have a lot of shortcuts like fire fox and that is one reason why it is difficult to browse on opera. also now in the latest version of firerfox u have the spell checker. and also it is much secure than any other browser so i guess fiore fox is always a wise choice.

I think opera win almost everything you asked, for me firefox is about speed, if not that fast enought I definatelly use opera as my main browser, when you add firefox with faster fox, it will fast enough to beat opera I think, and offcourse as compensation, it uses many resource of your computer, and this makes your computer work more harder, just imho.

A girl I met in college told me she used opera but at that time I had only just bought my computer and gone online. I remember though she told me she could open 100 windows at one time - which then I couldn't understand why you would want to but now I understand why she thought that was great. I hadn't thought about it untill reading this post but might give it a try, I use firefox with roboform for my passwords as my main browser, I use IE for InstantBuzz, I use crazy browser for traffic exchanges as it seems to be quicker but lets in more spyware than firefox. so I wiil give opera a try.
