Lamb Chops

4 large shoulder lamb chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup honey
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
Brown chops slowly on both sides in oil. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over chops.
Simmer over low heat 4 minutes.
Serve chops and suce over buttered noodles.
