Spelling mistakes

I just responded to a discussion and only after pressing the 'post response' button did I realise that I made a spelling mistake. I don't think this is the first time I made spelling mistakes but at least I did not know about it. When I make a mistake and realise it to late to correct it, I feel a bit silly. Luckily here in myLot we don't mind spelling mistakes too much. I just thought it was funny how I felt because I realised it and could do nothing about it. If I did not see it, It would not have made a difference. I type with two fingers becouse I am not good with typing and sometimes I hit more than one key and then it happens. I also try to type too fast. Next time you read my discussions and see mistakes, laugh at it and forget about it.

Yes we all do it from time to time and mylot looks down on anyone to say anything about it. We all make mistakes and we must forgive the little ones, right. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Mistakes happen. That does not affect the content of your discussion. It is just as good. I look at what is said in the discussions not in whether there are spelling errors are not. Keep the discussions coming. I enjoy reading and responding to them.

It's just good you know about it and are trying to do better. This discussion was 2 months ago and you HAVE done better. I wish other people would be more careful. It's hard to respond when you can't read the post.

I have noticed that I have a lot of typo's in my posts as well. I feel that it has to do with how I'm typing. I'm sitting at a counter that is supposed to be stood at, so it's a little below shoulder level. So typing is akward with the keyboard so high. Also, when I start typing so fast, I leave out letters, transpose them, and sometimes just hit the wrong ones. But I try to catch them before I submit. I don't really have the patience to preview everything before I post it.

I agree, when you are typing fast sometimes you hit the wrong key and don't realise. It is also time consuming to preview every post. I have gotten into the habbit of typing and doing spot checks for mistakes. Mistakes do slip in but far les. Thanx for response.
