I am right now and it's a lil stresesfull, any advice?

Be calm and meditate for 30 minutes in a day. You can suspend all thinking and be calm. Try and do some exercises at home. Think of the work as worship. Devote and dedicate and have enthusiasm, especially when you see children it should come automatically. Tell yourself that you are doing very fine. Keep the family matters or anything that disturbs you away from work. You will do very fine. Makes this as a habit. Keep your self engaged in some work or the other (neednot be hard work) when you find leisure time. An idle man's brain is devil's workshop.
