N.Y., N.Y.--is it for everyone or just some? A new kind of discrimination!

New York!!! Who doesn't love something about NYC? I love the cool shops. I love the ethnic coffee shops! I love the smell of bagels! Go a little further and you will find yourself in Chinatown. If you love Chinese food, you love Chinatown. The question is, does Chinatown love you? If you are eating at Canal Seafood Restaurant, which is a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, they like you if you are Chinese, but if you aren't you may have to open your purse a little wider to get fed. It was reported today that they have two menus--one in English and one in Chinese. The one in Chinese has lower prices. Each dish is about $1.00 lower on the Chinese menu. They deny this, but late last year a discrimination investigator dined there and got a copy of each menu. They are now under investigation. What's next?
