Ellen? was she funny or just bland????

i usually think that Ellen is very funny, but during the OSCARS i thought she was just bland. What do you think? Am i wrong?

I thought Ellen did good. It's such a stuffy awards show, so she can't get too crazy. Plus, she always has that laid back kind of humor. I wasn't rolling on the floor with laughter, but I liked her monologue.
