the exchage between Euro to US$, or US$ to Japanese Yen etc. Sometimes use leverage to increase income and undertake more risk at the same time. If you are interested in such topic, we can have a discussion.

I am actively involved (employee) in foreign trade since past 15 years. I am also signed up a forward contract with my company's banker for 1 million USD. on behalf of my Company. Are you in to foreign trade or just dealing with foreign currency.

What is a foreign trade? Is it different from speculating currencies? Thanks

Just dealing with foreign currency. Foreign trade normally means sending products to another country and receiving money back. Is your future contract a speculation? I think you mean that the bank will give your company certain amount of foreign currency some months later according to a fixed price.

I'm interesting with forex investment. I'm just opening my account at Marketive, and started to learn about it. It's quite chalenging and hard to understand too.

Welcome to the Market... according to statistic, it will take 6 months to get the hang of it, 2 years to understand what it really is. And many years to come to really excel in it. Most will quite in 3 months. It has a very steep learning curve... indeed. If you want to move faster, go get some decent education and a coach/mentor. P.S. Liming, do you have any chinese books on Forex to recommend? I know FMForex is selling a manual but it seems very expensive for basics.
