Today Rail minister Laloo Prasad Yadav. Please give your comments on the highlits:
Rates cut for sleeper class by 4%
AC Ist class by 6% in lean season and 3% in peak season
AC II tier by 2% and 4% resply
AC III tier by 4% and 8% resply
Lower the E Booking charges.

Laloo prasad mantained his 4 years record of not raising passenger fees..he has slashed to a very effective extent. For once a change in d governement is actually making a difference to the "common" man.. done his share to curb inflation..
but I to some extent feel Nitish Kumar(his rival) has put his own point against saying the budget was just a manipulation of figures.. for more read @ http://xrl.us/u35i
