we usually microwave fish...but fried, steamed are also good...

for halibut - we use a black bean sauce, with green onions and sesame seeds...microwave it 4-8 minutes, serve with rice and va wa la...
one of our best dishes...makes me want to prepare this on monday...

we either wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it with lemon and spices or even teriaki marinade. Or we deep fry it..

it is i can only eat the whiting fish doesnt have that fishy taste as bad as the other fish and my husband will not anything besides catfish fried/deep fried

If I have a choice then my preference is for grilled fish, with a dash of lemon juice and a little pepper. :)

Grilled style. Everytime i ask someone to cook for me, i tell them they can cook for me anything aside from fish because i don't like it when its cold. but my folks like to eat those so everytime i go home, they serve fish on the table. i take a little bite everytime 'till i feel like eating it even if im away.

I like mine grilled, sometimes I deep fry them, my husband likes it that way.

fried fish because I think it taste better than steamed besides when you steam it it taste like all the flavors been cooked out of it.

I like fried salmon.Batang also fried.Steamed is not so tasty,but healthy.

Tuna steaks marinated in a sesame ginger sauce and grilled..... Yummy!!
