Cold feet

I get really cold feet all the time, SimplyJo. I really struggle with it in the winter. What I have to do, too, since our house is not centrally heated, is to take at least one warm bath per day just to warm my feet up. I also find that if I go into a cold theatre (which is one place that I go a lot in the spring and fall) that once my feet get cold, I'm lost. Everything makes me start chilling then. So like you, I've taken to wearing several pairs of socks, and even that doesn't help because my feet perspire and the socks get damp, which causes my feet to get even colder even faster. That inspired me to start taking even more pairs of socks along so that I could put on dry ones when the first pairs get damp. But nothing has helped totally, lol. I just have to keep struggling with it, because I've always had cold feet and i guess that I always will!

I have cold feet a lot of the time even in the summer. In the winter I wear socks and slippers and they are still cold. In the summer I don't like wearing socks, but they are often cold.

Yes I do get cold Feeet and the Kids go mad with me because they actually turn blue lol, they have now bought me some warm socks to wear when they get cold, I don't wear them all Day as soon as my Feet are warm I take them of again till they get cold again lol, the Kids despair with me.

I have the same problem too. I wear socks 24/7 during winter. Even now when i feel cold i put on the socks. Once i feel ok i remove it immediately.

That must be so uncomfortable to wear socks the whole day! I don't get cold feet but I can't sleep if its too cold. I need to stay warm, if the temp is a little too less then I tend to toss and turn and never sleep!

i also get cold feet in winter.Also my palms also get cold.Some say it is because of bad blood circulation and proper exercise also helps.I partially agree with that if iam continously moving or doing somekind of physical work then it is not a problem.And partially it can be heriditary because my mother also used to have cold feet and palms.

I Have to say I hate wearing socks full stop, especially indoors, but here in the UK it does get very cold and there's nothing worse than cold feet. I always wear slippers in the Winter and sandals in the Summer (without socks) When I am not well I sometimes wear socks in bed! Tonight I have socks on because I went out and I can't be bothered to take them off!

I know me too. Actually the older Im getting when my feet get cold they start to hurt. And I dont know what thats about. I think we need feet warmers. Or you can rub your feet on your honey at night to get them warm but youll have to wait till hes done screaming because they are so cold.LOL

Women just seem to run cooler. I too wear socks more in the winter. Being more active helps keep the whole body warmer. Not really a big deal since socks sure can be cute and express how we feel. Hope you have many pairs to change often and have fun wearing.

Normally I don't get cold feet but now and then when it's really cold here I do. When that happens yes I wear slipper socks, even when I go to bed I will. Most of the time though I don't wear socks at all. It's only when the temperature here drops and then I need socks to keep warm. My feet get chilled and the rest of me is cold no matter what I have on.

Yes, my feet get extremely cold in winter, particulary my left foot. I can only wear socks in the house as my shoes wouldn't fit me if I were to them going out. My feet usually warm up when I walk around, but will freeze again as soon as I sit down. I guess it must be poor circulation.

I do get cold feet and hand during the winter lol. Not only my feet but my palm also get so cold in winter and sometime in summer too. I wear socks most of the time and went to bed with the socks. The dryness make the condition worse for my feet in the winter.

Very often I need bedsocks at night, at least at the beginning. But then later on at night, my feet get too hot, and I have to take my socks off in the middle of the night. I like to wear them all day long, but it's not good for my socks!

I am the exact oposite...I have to have naked feet all the time, even at night when I sleep my feet are poking out the side of the covers. I get all freaked out when I can't wiggle my toes...I know it sounds crazy...I just don't like to have my feet covered.
