How many hours u like to sleep in a day? it is important to sleep or work more?

Yes, I love sleeping until I get my full sleep which according to doctor's is 8.30 hrs. And above 8.30 hrs is a bonus for me. I thing work and sleep both should be balanced because excess of everything is harmful. If you sleep less then you will not be able to work properly because in the time of working you will be feeling sleepy.
