I used to lose mine(misplace)on a regular basis and it was infuriating to say the least.I finaly put a hook on the wall by my front door and made it a point to always put my keys on it when I came thru the door.Works like a charm.

hi, i never used misplace or loose my keys but my brother always used to do, i used to lot of anger and loose my patience over him for this regularly occuring incidence. So i did get a suggestion from my friend that i kept the keys in a bunch which was hooked to his belts buckle so now he never loosesthe key.

I haven't lost my keys for years, that is, once I put hooks near the front door with all my keys on it. Before that I use to misplace them all the time or forget to take them with me which was a problem since my door automatically locks when I close it. Once I got in the habit of hanging my keys on the hook, problem solved just like you.

never, My keys arealwaysone oftwo places, my jacketpocket in winter and my purse in summer. its just automatic, that when I open my door, my keys go back where they came from.

I think it is like socks in the dryer. They just disappear!

I don't lose my keys often, but I forget to bring them with me a lot of the time when I leave for class. So I get locked out of my apartment and have to either wake up my roommates to open the door, or call campus services. I have no idea how to make myself remember those stupid keys!

What you really need is a beeping key tag. It is just like any other key tag, and costs only about 1 dollar. If you whistle the key tag will start beeping. Then you can locate where it is. It is also useful if you keep the key tag in your purse and you loose the purse.
