Do you like to eat "mudbugs"/crawdads?

I think they're great eating,I only wish they were bigger!

I've only had them in soup. They were ok. Are there other ways to cook them or to eat them?

They can all be breaded and pan fried or deep fried.I suppose you could grill them as well though I never have.
