How do you compare Mylot and Dormcheck?

I haven't used dormcheck. Although I've heard that they don't pay out all the time and drop one of the best ways you can earn. So I can't compare them, although from the glimpse of dormcheck I can honestly say i wasn't impressed. Kudos cassidy, ~Joey

well mylot will pay for quality posts. Dormcheck pays for EACH post. And...mylot will pay you up to 3 cents for each one if its really good. Dormcheck will always pay just 1 cent.

Server-wise, MyLot is a whole lot better. While surfing both sites, I had surfedd around MyLot & replied to three discussions on MyLot while waiting for Dormcheck to load up. That's even keeping in mind that while waiting for a dormcheck page to load, it was also making MyLot pages load a bit slower too. I guess I can say that Dormcheck makes my cable-modem think it's a dial-up modem. Site-wise, there's a lot more activity going on with MyLot. I think it's because dormcheck must be newer. There's also not as many topics that appeal to me also, so I am earning a lot less over there than I am here.

mylot is more good. navigation is great here. in dorm check still now i don't find to get how to post a new discussion. can u please help me?

One of the things that I had liked a lot at dormcheck was the instant update...but that just went by the wayside there. *insert frown*. I really like mylot better because the discussions are just that, discussions. I see very few at dormcheck where there is a give-n-take discussion. Just post, leave and never go back is what I see. I like at mylot that we can pull up all the discussions on which we have posted. That is impossible at dormcheck, so that might be why you don't see folks going back to create an actual conversation...they can't find it again!! The entire myLot experience is nicer. I will keep dormcheck and post a bit here and there...but myLot is home for me!

I've done fairly well here on myLot. I don't have a lot of time each day, but when I do, by making quality posts, I make enough money to by a few Starbucks drinks. I, too, went and looked at Dorm Check. My first impression is that they seem to be very secretive before you sign up. That's why I didn't sign up. I want to know up front what I'm getting into. I signed up here because there were about 60,000 users when I first got here. Over there, they only have about 4300. Maybe time will work in their favor, but for my limited time, I'm staying right here.

only know about myLot. I'll look forward to reading what others have to say about this.
