How ca I convert a computer image to a picture message for sending via SMS?

I usually just email the picture to myself using aol mail. In most cases the image will resize itself. You can usual find out your cellphone email address at your companies website. Mine is #@mms.mycingular.com. Hopefully that helps :)

u should have bluetooth or infra red in your phone. connect the data cable to the computer and transfer the picture from the computer.the send it via infra red or blue tooth
