Is Flintoff a better captain than Vaughan. Should he still have the captaincy?

What is everyones opinion on this? Do you think that he is a better captain than Vaughan ?
Vaughan is the captain of teh English team for this World Cup, despite only playing 3 of the last 35 one-day international games.
Your thoughts???

Micheal Vaughan as a captain is a class of his own. His shrewdness is unmatchable. Flintoff under pressure backs himself and none else...bat or ball. Vaughan knows which one of his players is to be used at which kind of situation! Flintoff is no match to this.
