What should i do to follow my timetable 4 my daily jobs??

i never lived life according to a timetable i created it sometimes but it get failed on very first day.my sleeping, rising,reading, eating nothing is sheduled . i always try to follow a sheduled life,but my badluck i got failed each n every time . please tell me what should i do????

yes,i am punctual.i always arrive for meetings on time ,do my jobs correctly on time.I dont need to write a time table

I am one step ahead then you. I also create a time table many times and follows that for about one week but after that I forgot what is time and what is table and what is the importance of time. Most people wake up about at 7.30 am and I wake up at after 12 pm hahahaa. After that my whole day schedule gone wrong my office time is 12 pm but I reached here after 3 pm. So this is my great and current timetable.
