Friendly competition or myLot addiction

A friend of mine and me have an ongoing competition to see who has the most posts. Right now I am in the lead but she is quickly gaining. Now mind you I had a head start since I referred her, but still I am winning ;). Does anyone else do this? I know I am making more money here then her since I have already passed the payout mark, but I am wondering if other people use other means to compete with other myLotters, or if her and I are the only ones insane enough to obsess about this LOL.

I'm not competing against anyone else, but I do make mylot a game. I kind of compete against myself. How much can I make in a day? Can I get my referrals to make more? How many referrals can I get in one day? It's kind of a challenge for me and I love it.
So maybe it makes me more insane because I am playing by (not with) myself.

LOL nicole... nice one... so your not playing with yourself eh... LOL I play with myself from time to time, but I prefer to play with others, its much more fun.... ok enough of that. Yes I have thought about trying to beat my own records and such, but I am just having too much fun trying to stay ahead of my friend LOL.

Well I don't compete against anyone but I do try to set goals for myself each day. So many posts, so many discussions to start, etc. Sometimes I meet it and more and other times I don't come close. All depends on how life off the computer goes and how I'm feeling for the day.

Sounds like a whole heap of fun. I dont know anyone who uses mylot so unfortunatly I cannot play such tremendously fun games. I hope you win the competition.

Today is the first day I've actually posted on this site, but I'm starting to see why my other favourite site has "lost" our mutual friend. hahahaha :P

Well, I can't say that I have a competition with anyone here. But I agree that a friendly competition can be healthy.
But...currently...I have way too much stress to have a friendly competition. LOL
My sister/best friend is also on myLot with me. And instead of it being a competition, we share and send each other to discussions. I really enjoy it. :)

How lucky you are to have such a friend, the friends I all referred to myLot never contribute even if I was to try such a game with them. Although yours sounds kind of a like an addiction, which is a good thing if you are wanting to make money.

I don't have anyone to compete with actually other than my other fellow Mylotters. I can only post to discussions for about 5 days per week. I don't get to post when my husband is home from work. I post off and on five days a week, and try to get things done around the house too. Some days I have a very hard time finding discussions to reply to also, which doesn't help much either. I just do the best I can with each day, and I hope for the best for all of us.

No I can't say that I am competing with anyone here or with any of my referrals.
Although doing so might motivate to post more!!
