Here's the problem! You don't get a point for a new topic that you start until someone replies to it. That's how it works. You get a point when you reply to someone else's topic, and you get a point when the first person to reply to a topic of yours replies to your topic. Other than that, you don't get actual points for anything on the site, that I know of, although you can still get paid for replying to people in your topics, from what I've seen. Congrats on making it to 500! That's a great milestone, not just a little one! It's really the most significant number here, since you get benefits for reaching 500 (the ability to post pics, and to copy and paste) and you don't get benefits for reaching any other number!)
