witch craft and abilities..

alot of people look down upon witches.. why so??
i believe why they do is because many other people say they are or say they do so and they aren't really.. They do it for popularity and fame, which in turn makes us real witches look bad.. Many of these wanna bes try to dabble in black magic which in turn will only hurt them and others around them.
black magic so to say is to be used for self and for revenge.
I am what they call a white witch, which kind of reminds me of indians over in america.. we help the earth give back to it what we took and use everything that we took. we don't harm any living thing even plants.. now if we use a plant we make sure that we talk to it make the energy of what we need in that plant stay there by telling it to move down into the tree and take what we need without harming the soul of the plant.
now i don't believe in good or evil and deffently don't believe in one god or one devil.
everything has a soul everything has a life. humans have been around for a long time where do you think those souls go to ( souls meaning essence of ones self, there brains thoughts, who they were) the thing is they stay wondering around the plains, which the spiritual plains are meshed with our own life plains so to say. you may find your end of your travels and be reborn.
now with being a witch people think we all have abilities.. seemingly it is just about true.. most who have abilities become somewhat of into the spiritual world.
now what i mean about abilities is somehow communicating with spirits. now you might say that is bull but it really isn't spirits are everywhere.. now you might say well there are good and bad spirits.. they aren't really labeled it is how they were in there own life time.. if they were a joker they will remain a joker and cause stuff to vanish and re apear around your house..
now your wondering about demons and angels.. for some reason this always comes up.. me not believing in god or the devil i haven't really went into this as much.. there are those around and yes spirits can harm you.. spirits grab your energies that you might be having a feed off that for there own energies. overly mad or sad is the best for them because they are very harsh emotions.
now i have seen bad spirits or as some call evil or demons, yet i wasn't affraid so they couldn't feed off me and they didn't do anything towards me. yet i have seen people who were scared of these same spirits and get scratched, pushed and possessed.
being a witch, having abilities, and into the paranormal realm is the most you can be, yet having a scientifial thought upon the situation is the best way to go.
so what do you think about witches or witch craft?

have any opinions of the spiritual type?

I feel people look down on us as a result of ignorence, fear and stupidity. As long as you remain true to yourself you can only be right
Keep on following your path, others may never understand you but it is your chosen life and is legitimate for you

so what do you think about witches or witch craft?
- I think we (most of us though as with any 'group' not all) are a fabulous and unfortunately misunderstood group of ppl...I also believe that unlike many mainstream religions we're pretty close to having life "right" if that makes sense...Many of us are very intune with not only ourselves but also the world around us which includes other ppl...We are a very open minded (again not all though), accepting, loving type of person which is far too bloody rare in todays world unfortunately....
have you had any abilities?
- I've been very in touch with the felt and heard but often unseen since childhood actually...I have a pretty highly tuned 6th sense and such as well...
have any stories of the paranormal?
- LOL yea a few actually...nothing really "out there" mind you but yes I have some stories...I guess all I can really say though (just for lack of words I suppose) is that I love the company and our home/family is well watched over ;-)
have any opinions of the spiritual type?
- in regards to what? I'm all for spirituality of all sorts really provided ppl are mindful of the wellbeing/thoughts/etc of all others including plants, animals, insects etc etc....
what do you believe in?
- Well I've been a Pagan all my life though unknowningly for a very long time (long story)...I'm an 'old school' Witch and have been for 10+ yrs..and a modern Western World Buddhist and am a practitioner of Vodou and Native American Spirituality....I believe we are in control of not only our own lives but life overall...I dont believe in Gods/Goddesses being seperate entities...I DO call on them (Goddesses usually) BUT its not that I am calling on something outside me, I'm calling the aspect of whatever deity that resides within me...As far as seperate 'beings' I do believe in a god of sorts/creator or overseerer of all (Gran Met/Bondye) which for me is also really the Universal All/One etc...I do believe in Angels/the Lwa for all living things AND my personal Lwa who works with only me and my children/family...I believe in reincarnation..that we can, should we choose to, learn alot from all living and nonliving things which will only enhance our core beings and better our time each life....I do NOT believe in god/devil/demons etc etc....I think when seemingly bad unusual thing happen its NOT some devil or demon I think its by our own doing, our own energy affecting those unseen (lwa, guardians, spirits etc) around us and causign them to react accordingly HOWEVER I do realize that there are spirits who are not so pleasant and do have a bit of an attitude and a little bit of rage/anger issues LOL and I do believe they can be called on but they are far and few between IMO...
I could go on for hours...with my path being a blend of so many paths there are so many fine points and details to it it'd just be better if ppl ask questions rather than me trying to explain it all LOL

very nice and thank you so much for sharing.. heck i wouldn't mind if you went on for hours.. this is something for others to learn upon.. so let it out.. we are all as one ( us "true" withces ),even though alot believe in different things.. but us witches don't push our believes on anyone else.. if there is a group of witches all different types we all get along ( unless it is those wannabes) we all can be different but mostly there are some same things.. we believe in our selves and we believe in the earth.. point blank.. with these other religions all it is, is basic havik if they were to all come together, not with us :D
