What will you do if your boss slap you?

hi, if my boss slaps me i kick him first and infront every one i will insult him by using bad words and make him feel shy for what he has done.

My first response would have been to hit them back! But if I was able to control myself I would have doen what one of the above posters said about calling the police!!

I don't know where you live, but in the US that would be considered assault, and the boss could be charged by the police.

BOY!!! thats a height i couldnt let anyone reach ... not in this life... i have never thought of it ... but i surely cant hold my hands back if something of this sort happens... i would definately complain about it to higher authorities and then resign with my full salary ... i always had loads of jobs on offer so i wouldnt much care about leaving the job ..

I'd be on the telephone to the police to press assault charges before she could even get back to her desk. That's what I would do. The next call I would make is to my lawyer, then to the Human Resources Department or whoever is my boss's boss to file a formal complaint. Then I would gather any witnesses and have them sign witness statements attesting to what happened. No WAY would I put up with that. But I am lucky to live in a country where I have the right to take that course of action. I don't know where you live, but I know that employees in many other countries are not as lucky as we are here in Canada.
