Today i am burned out that my head sways back and forth, almost hitting my forhead on my desk.I'd consumed dozen mugs of coffee but its not much of help either. All the real snoozy at work, will you please stand up and suggest some remedies before i crush my face into my 'Monitor'? Seriously, how do people cope their sleepiness at work?

Well, do you get enough Z's at night? Just checking. Maybe you're having too much coffee. My advice would be to have an energetic workout and after a good night's sleep, you'll feel better rested and have a healthy lifestyle for a pick-me-up have fruits or a protein bar. Maybe your bored at your job and need to find something that you like to do and enjoy more for employment. Only you can get inside your own head to figure out what's going on, I'm just making suggestions and hope you find out what it is you need to change to stay awake at work. Good luck.

Yeah, maybe coffee is the culprit or maybe its my lesser sleep hours, day before because i am not in any way bored of my job. Thanks for the insights. It nearly jolted me.

drink a glass of water, so that after a few hours you have got no excuse to stand up and go to the toilet and wee...then drink another glass of water..it will wake you up!
