One of my worst pregnancy cravings so far has been for ice cream sundaes... plain old vanilla ice cream with a rich, hot fudge poured on top. Add nuts or fruit if you want, but for me the cold ice cream and the hot fudge is the perfect combination. Is it easy for you to get cacao nibs in Guatemala? When I lived there I would eat these bars made with cacao nibs... yum...
Speaking of Guatemala, do you know of the green egg shaped fruit with the grayish, slimy sweet/sour goo inside? I would kill for some of those right now... I think they're called granadas or something similar.

i love chocolate with everything. some of my favorites include hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows, bananas with chocolate syrup, ice cream with chocolate syrup and so on. You could always make a chocolate fondue and dip fruit into it. I also love smores, especially when the chocolate gets all melty...mmmmm!
