Agree or Disagree??

Yes.. My country does have this law. Shara, can you imagine, people commiting crimes and when they are caught claim that they were not aware of such rule.. What will happen then? I strongly feel this is good, if the govt. needs to keep the people on their toe.. I was once, several years back, was caught for a traffic offence and was fined in a sub-court. (Infact the error was not mine. The vechile mechanic after doing some repair to my car failed to fix up the rear light. As a owner I had the responsiblity to ensure that my vechile was in order b4 I took on the road.) Bad luck I guess.

i'm prety much sure that it is stated every where .... that includes mine ...and to be honest with you that is a really silly excuse you can give to deffend your self befir a court...claiming you didn't knoe it was wrong ... Better if someone comes up with something.

I agree with it. If you can not be bothered to educate yourself on the laws where you live then you have no one to blame but yourself.
