Contingency Fee

On a Floria probate case, can the attorney charge you an hourly rate AND a contingency fee? Being $300.00 an hour plus 33%.

I could not find a Florida law against charging both. However, it is not common practice. Normally a lawyer charges one or the other. A normal contingecy fee is 15% - 35% of the amount won.
