I love to make this mix up, go visit a friend or neighbor and give them the mix with the directions. Do You know someone that is feeling sad, depressed or just having a hard time right now? How about making this wonderful mix. Go knock on their door, hand them this homemade mix and visit a few minutes. You just may be amazed at how good you will feel and how much of a difference it will make in their life. We all need to know that someone cares about us. This is a wonderful mix and recipe that is great to give or to keep in your own pantry. Eveyone loves chocolate chip cookies and these are just wonderful. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do. Place the remaining flour mixture on top. Cover with the lid. Dont forget to Attach this recipe to the jar. Yummy Chocolate Chip Cookies Cookie mix 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1. Empty contents of jar into a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, combine the butter, eggs and vanilla. another great gift in a jar idea. I have a friend who lost her husband about 6 months ago and she is a little down so I think I will make one of these and take it too her along with some homemade bath salts, and soap, and a nice candle. and a Bible promise book.

I hope your friend enjoys your gift in a jar. It is difficult when you loose a loved one.

This is great! I love recipes in a jar. They are so convenient and much healthier than store bought garbage. They also look cute lined up in the kitchen with ribbons holding the recipe on. Thanks for sharing this one.

Am glad to have this since these cookies are our favorites. I hope to be in my house this summer and maybe have several of these on the pantry shelves. This Christmas I will gift these to my hubby's sister since she is a big baker of cookies. A personal touch I think for her. Thanks for sharing this recipe and idea.
