What is the best gift that a person can give to his or her brother in law/ sister in law during their birthday?

Me personally i give gift cards. This way that cant say when you leave , I hate that gift, i will never use it,its to big,wrong color not my style. Be better off giving a gift certificate like to a resturat they like to go to.
