Hmm, we have here in our country what we call herbal medicines which are organic substitutes for chemical medicines prescribed by doctors, that is what i've tried so far-its like a primitive way of healing, like for example, oregano leaves are crushed and placed over wounds or bruises- i think this is the alternative treatment that i can recommend because its cheap, organic and has less adverse effects, however you really need to do your reseach with regards to dosages and indications so as to prevent complications and mis treatments.

are we from the same country? with 7,107 islands? :) my sister has asthma and she's made to drink oregano tea. i tried it once when i had cough and colds, the taste was nothing to be loved but its cheap ang it works. really beats buying cough syrup.

Depends on what you need the alternative medicine for. Do you have a specific problem, or just for general health? Of the three you listed, juicing would be the easiest. For overall health try to do yoga daily. For just a few minutes a day Yoga will give you tremendous overall benefits. It will keep the Prana flowing through you and keep you healthy indeed!

I think pranayams are best as alternative medicine.Every day we get pure oxygen by breathing technics. That will keep our mind and body fit for regular work.

i think it is important to keep an open mind. it is better to heal your body naturally than w/ the synthectic medications that can be harmful for you. i have no idea what juicing is. But the ones that i like are yoga and pilates, great for the mind body and soul. reiki, touch for health, aromatherapy

juicing is exactly what you think it is. you just drink pure natural juices. not the ones with sugar and all kinds of preservatives and who knows what else. you can go about this by buying a juicer, like jack lalaine's, or by buying juices from the supermarket. just make sure it says 100% juice and no sugar added. check the labels too, it should not have any other ingredient aside from the name/s of the fruit/s.
