What relieves stress? Seriously!

What can relieve stree? I hate everyday stress! They always get in the way of my activities and everything! Hate them! Hate them! Need help with relieving stress!! Please!?

take an apple or a potato and take a small knife and stab the hell out of the fruit/veg till your stress has gone that always helps me, or meditation, or drawing by channeling your stress to art

you first need not to take life so seriously,but a nice relaxing bath can help,just chil and think good thoughts,things that make you happy.xx

I think a lot of times it depends on the person. Writing is very stress-relieving to me, for example, but for someone who hates to write it would probably just add more stress! The following also work for me - - a good, brisk walk - my favorite music, loud, particularly somewhere where I can bop around like an idiot to it and no one will see me - a big tight hug or a shoulder/neck massage from my boyfriend - a bubble bath - laughing, the real deep, belly-laugh kind of laughs - a good cry - venting to a friend

Don't associate yourself with the activities you are doing. It is not that easy I know so practise meditation or join any meditation center. check out this site http://onlinecash.phpnet.us/depression.htm this site have the accupressure points that may help you

yoga, thinking, being alone, bathes,friends, movies, sleeping, praying, walking, excercise, talking about ur problems, gardening....i could go on. but yoga does really work if u are really stressed out i do recommend that u try it. if u dont wanna buy a yoga video or anything u can go to the library they have videos and dvds there that u can borrow. if ur like me u will like yoga.
