Do you ever Redeem Before reaching Payout?

I was just wondering if anyone ever redeems their earnings in a program before reaching the minimum payout. Usually I keep building my balance until reaching payout because my husband has a hard time believing I'm really making money for free on the internet. He requires proof. To him, it doesn't count til he SEES the MONEY! For the last few years, it's been cool to Show him the Money! lol But in the last few months I have been redeeming some of my earnings in my paid to sites, in exchange for advertising my own paid to link. Not many, mind you. Just a few. I was wondering if anyone else was doing this and if so, are you seeing good results? Just curious & looking for some feedback before I start using up the money instead of taking the CASH.

LOL. I'm like your husband. I want to know that a site will actually pay as promised so usually I at least reach the payout and request a payment. If they don't pay me I drop them but if they do pay then I start doing the upgrades and other stuff to get my site out there.

LOL, I can respect "show me the $$$ first". Looking at the four I have, I think you're right. The one that's doing the best is the only one I have actually been paid by. Come to think of it, it was the first site I ever upgraded in, once I started actually receiving real money. LOL The ones that are giving me decent results, I think may have been worth it though. I have great trust in the wm. She actually posts the who's been paid list and I've chatted with some members that have received several payments. It all comes down to a matter of trust, doesn't it? :)
