Of the Lush stores you have been to - which is the best - based on customer

service, cleanliness, friendliness, samples, parties, etc? I'd like to visit them all eventually (my fiance thinks I'm nuts).
I've only been to three - but so far Pasadena is the best. The customer service was great - no attitude for small sizes. They were extremely generous in both the amount of samples and the size of the samples. They were helpful without being all over you. The party was the first I'd been to - but the goodie bags and prizes seemed very generous. The store was very clean, organized, well displayed and the products seemed fresher than the other stores I've been to. And so far of the three I have been to, this is the only one that had coffee beans to help you clear your nose.

I haven't been to many stores, but the girls in the Kalverstraat store in Amsterdam were incredibly nice and very helpful. I do remain faithful to the girls in my local store though, despite a disappointing VIP evening a few months back. They always recognize me and ask me how I'm doing, tell me about the current promos, the shop and samples are always clean and they nearly always give me samples without any fuss.

I have been to few stores, in europe, canada and the states. Quebec City definitely had some really nice girls in there that we more than happy to offer samples. The girls in the Scottsdale store were also super nice, they offered great customer service and even gave me a goodie bag. The people at my local store are pretty nice too, and the products all seem pretty fresh, but thats probably because its a newer store as well.

I love the Whyte Ave, Edmonton store! They love to give out samples all the time, even if you don't ask for one. They have really fun parties, and the shop has just been refitted and rearranged, so everything right now is very fresh and new! And the SAs there are product knowledge pros, they can tell you so much about anything and all the ingredients to help you pick what's right for you. It's always a laid back, friendly visit vibe, not pushy sales oriented like some stores.

I have only been to one so far, and I haven't been to any parties or anything, but I definitely have no complaints.
I go to one in Burnaby, in Vancouver and the girls in there are wonderful. They've been very helpful in finding things to suit my problem skin (facial care), and they've been extremely generous with the samples I've had from them.
Their products are fresh, they're well set out and clearly marked, they always have some things wrapped and ready to take home, and they're knowledgeable about the products. They also have coffee beans set out to clear your nose.

I have never been to a lush store before. I am a middle class worker who gets tired of little pay and won't live past 60 because I will have worked the years out of me. If I ever do have money to spend or I win the lotto, you can bet your butt I will find out!!!:)LOL

I've been to three Lush stores that I can think of - Watford, Southampton and Covent Garden. I thought Watford, although clean, was really bad. They were unattentive, skanky with their sample sizes and not everything in the store was priced! Covent Garden was a lovely shop but I thought the staff were rude at times. My favourite Lush store hands down has to be Southampton. The staff are amazing and very very generous, they care a lot about the appearence of their store and are extremely knowledgeable about all the products. I don't like going anywhere else, now.
