Thanks for posting this. I have it printed and on the refrigerator already. You're right, it is an excellent resource. A lot of the things surprised me, like apples to improve lung capacity and protecting against Alzheimer's, mangoes to boost memory and aid in thyroid function, and onions fighting fungal infections, just to name a few. This information is very useful and serves as a good reminder that it is true when they say "you are what you eat". Proper nutrition is sometimes far better than taking medication. It certainly has a lot less side effects.

Just shows all of us that eating a good diet can prevernt alot of the problems that make the health care system alot of money. Anything off this list should be eaten in minimal amounts. Balance in all things including the diet will give you more energy, probably keep you happier and live a better life overall. Thanks for sharing this with all of Mylot.
