How often do you have to put fuel in your car

I have an ' 02 Dodge Caravan. This is an interesting question that you have posed for us. When we first purchased the Van ( in ' 02 ) it received great gas Mileage , we noticed that in about 2005 it started getting Bad Mileage.We attributed this issue to the Fact that Many Gas -sattions dilute their gas with water and this causes your car to respond terribly. However...last Summer.... I Blew up the transmission. Apparently in anything ( that's a dodge ) after reaching a goal of 90,000 miles...It just randomely Blows -up. $2,000.00 and Many Bitter tears Later....Our Van has a new transmission and gets better Mileage , then it did the day we bought it. I still have to refuel it about once or twice a week. The cost of Gas is running right around....$ 2.50 a gallon here in N.E. Ohio

The price of gas where I live is up to $1.08 a litre (about 4.00 a gallon ) for regular. We have to put gas in every couple of days as of all the traveling to get back and forth to work each day . It just gets worse and worse every year with trying to keep gas in our rigs as the price of gas just keeps going up .

Hi Joy, I usually have to put gas in my car at least once a week, sometimes twice a week depending on how much driving that I do. I have to drive across town everyday to and from work so that takes up some gas. I wish that our office did not relocate further away. My car is not that great on mileage and hope to get a better fuel efficient car in the future. The price has gone up to around the $2.45 mark here. I think all types of cars have its costs. But what can we do, right? :-) My coworker takes the bus almost everyday to avoid the gas prices.

i too work from home, but my car is also the family car so on the weekend my car is used for all the errand running. I usually only fill my a car up once a week. I just filled it up last night even though it was at a half tank but since they wanted it cold today with snow i wanted a full tank and i paid 2.49 for the cheapest grade and that is also the cheapest i found it in my area, the other places were like 2.51 and 2.55.

i have to put gas in my truck everyday, not because of the trip but because the gas needle doesnt work. so i have to make sure theres at least 3 or 4 gal, in it before i go to work.

We have a compact and it has pretty good mileage. We fill up once a week. My husband is the main driver and uses it for work. Gas is around $3.37 now where I am :( Not good!!!! Even with a compact, we're feeling the pinch. And we have been discussing getting a 2nd vehicle cos' it's really inconvenient with us having only one vehicle as we live in the boonies and we have a young child...you know, with appointments, errands, playdates, etc. So, we shall see.

Well I fill up me car about twice per week because I work and go to school and neither is close to my home. My work is 17 miles away and my school is about 40 minutes away from my work. I go to work everyday and I go to school four nights a week so my car loves to drink gas :) Gas is around $2.24 in my area at the moment.
