Is it justified to draw sanctions on N.Korea?

As long as the big mouth (small brain) leaders of those countries that possess already nuclear weapons do not pratice what the preach, why put sanctions on N. Korea? Who put sanctions on India, Pakistan, China or Israel?? Don't get me wrong, I dont like war, regardless of the type of weapons that might be used. But without setting good and clear examples of those in charge and in possession of nuclear weapons already, why would the rest of the world want to listen to good reasons?

Well, US and Russia did thousands of tests. And when a developing country tries to climb the economy ladder, the American's feel a weird type of pain in the heart, they don't want anyone to have as good standards as U.S.

I think it totally is justified. They went against the will of the world in developing a nuclear program. Let's not forget that their leader is crazy...
