any kind of berry is good for your skin to give it its natural glow and help restore itself. drinking lots of water is good to keep it hydrated. puting a good moisturizing lotion on every day to help keep your skin smooth is good too.

also eating oatmeal helps ALOT with the skin locking in the moisture

Drink lots of water, put moisturizer after bath immediately, eat fruit, drink less coffee, keep the skin clean and you will have a great skin.

Every day eat green vegetables,fruits,sprouts and drink warm water.Perform yoga and pranayam regularly then you will look more beautiful and healthy

To keep healthy... Eat vegetables and fruit. Do not conusme lots of Oil Drink too much water Follow a regular diet schedule Do exercise on a daily basis.

I have fairly nice skin, its not oily or dry, i dont break out, i just wash it with plain water twice a day. It keeps it feeling and looking nice.
