Last time I've posted one responce n asked the person whether, that rules in Israel( in concern to water management) r really strict. As I've read, Israel make use of each drop of water. We have to seek for Govn.'s permission for even to cross the river.Underground water is completely under governments control,no matter who hold the land's ownership. I'm curious to know that....doesn't corruption enters in....? ... someone out there from Israel, or person who had been there....!

Here in Israel, corruption has not entered so much yet. Specially in subjects like water , which is basic necessity of people. As you already know Israel was also a desert, but intelligent and hard working people of this country have turned dry desert into green gardens and orchirds. Yes they are very careful about water. The water which is use by human beings is collected cleaned and then used for agriculture. This is called recycling of water. If this country is today standing inspite of being surrounded by so many enemies, it is only there hardwork and sacrifies. But things are changing here too. Hope it does not become like India one day as far as corruption is concerned.

Thanks a lot for confirmation. Here in India all goes wrong, just because of corruption...! Wish it will not flurish in Israel.
