What's your favorite Cassarole and how often do you make one? I like making this macaroni and cheese one: 4 cups cooked macaroni 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 sauted onion 2 cups cooked sliced mushrooms 2 cups diced ham 1 can tomatoe soup without the water Mix all the ingredients and put in cassarole dish and Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes..until cheese is bubbly. It's easy and cheesy and I serve it with homemede buns. Great comfort food.

Your casserole sounds great! I'm going to have to try it soon. Here's my favorite casserole, which I usually make at least once a month: 1-1.5 lbs. beef stew meat (fresh, not frozen) 1 large pkg Ore-Ida onion flavored tater tots 2 cans cream of celery soup 2 cans cheddar cheese soup Cut beef stew meat into bite size pieces and place side by side on bottom of 13x9 pan. Line up tater tots side by side on top of meat until meat is completely covered. Mix soups together and pour over top of tater tots and meat. Cook in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with your favorite veggies or a fresh garden salad. I haven't had a complaint about this yet.

I love casseroles too! They are so easy to make and make a wonderful, filling meal. I like tuna casserole or chicken casserole, spaghetti bake, lasagnes, stoganoffs, etc.

Tuna casserole: I large can of tuna in sunflower oil, 1/2 jar of light mayonaise, 4 oz. pickle juice, squeeze half a fresh lemon, then garlic and pepper to taste. Boil 1kg of spiral noodles, drain, and add to tuna mixture until you reach the desired ratio. It's good hot or cold, and best heated with chedder melted on top.
