Am I Right?

Yesterday I found an easy way to choose and give response to certain discussions: From my latest new discussion I click on the avatar of the first person who have replied to my discussion and I will reply one of his discussions that I'm interested can afford to answer. Then I'll proceede to the 2nd, 3rd,.....and accordingly. These save me a lot of time and trouble to choose topics from such a vast amount of mylot discussions. Secondly this can promote mutualism benefits. Lastly I believe that this way is not discrimination. Am I right? Any good suggestion?

Oh, it's funny because I found this discussion this way:) I don't do it every time, sometimes I'm looking for interesting topics in "discussions my friends started" or "new discussions" or "recent discussions". But I think the way you recommend to choose valuable discussion is intersting and works fine:) It helps to find peolpe who share your opinions and like similar topics.

I think this is really a great idea. At least you can be sure to be able to return the favor to the respondents of your discussions as well. I don't think this is discrimination at all. Infact will try to do this as well, if you don't mind. At least we can give a fair treatment to the people who have responded in our topics too. Thank you for this post! happy posting to you!

You are most welcome, catcai. Thanks for the compliment. Yeah, by doing this, it is rather fair to the people who had responded to our topics. Happy mylotting.

I do exactly the same thing. I find it is making it a lot easier to find topics that are of interest, and is helping to find people to add to my 'friends' list. That further helps find topics that are of interest.

That's one of the good way, coz it promote friendship and mutual response, and this help each other in mylot. Besides, i will respond to those discussion with zero response. This will encourage newbie to write better discussion and getting more quality response from them (they can have better focus on our response) and high chances that we get best response :)

Hi dian, I’m glad to learn that you are also doing mylot posting in this way. Yeah everyone would feel happy for we have mutual interaction when working at mylot site here. I notice that you always keep your promise and would send a post to everyone who has dropped a response in either your latest or old discussion. I like to do in this way as well, for it’s really fun to know more about users who have responded our discussions, when visiting their profiles to pick discussion which I’m interested to reply. Really I meet many good friends here too after having such way of responding back discussion in return. Right, I know you very well also after having our reciprocating interaction frequently here. Anyway I couldn’t finish leaving comments and responding to every responder in a couple of day, for I could do 10 posts or so daily, unless I receive lesser responses . So keep on enjoy doing mylot posting here according to our favorite way or style as long as we feel happy to do so. Happy posting and take care.

Hi dian, I am always happy, as I am so fortunate that I am one of those who can live in this wonderful world. The environment is so attractive with so many greenish natural landscapes around. There are lots of delicious foods and beverages available here and there to entertain our appetites as well, and lots and lots of numerous interesting things waiting for us to explore ..... Yeah, I am happy as well for there are so many good friends here to have fun chatting with topics which we are interested often, am I right, gal?

That's brilliant. I am going to start doing that. I hope it will create a sense of mutualism because apparently you need a minimum of ten responses per discussion to get paid. I hadn't known that.

You are right. Everyone has his/her way of doing work at mylot. Like I do go for notification on my email for my friend's discussions. Then I go for the comments I got on my response. Then I go for my discussions. If then I get time, then I go for no response catagory!

I don’t know about that. I know if I turn on the notification button of a particular friend I will receive the email to inform me he has started a new discussion after the setting. We couldn’t receive any discussion which started before the notification turning on. I notice that we could receive email notification about all the comments added in the responses we have replied earlier even the host of the discussion is not in our friends list. What we need to do is to go to the preferences page, and then set the notification button on at the notifications page. There are altogether 9 events on that page, and you can tick whatever events you like there. I like to respond to friends’ discussions as well and I need time for I don’t have much time posting here. There are really lots of new discussion notification emails daily, so I usually would respond in sequence or depending on how interest the topic is.

Has that happened again? I am really sorry about that. Now onwards, I will use notepad for copy paste things. Do you know that if you turn notification on for a particular friend then that person also has to do the same in their friend list too. Then only you are going to have emails from mylot about their discussions. Sad but true. Like, I will not get notification from you if you don't turn it on for me. Earlier I used to respond to only "no response" category. Later I started my friends discussion and then I turned the notification on for everyone. Now, I am quite busy responding to my friends discussion only!

Well, I haven't checked it either. Now, I am turning the notification on for my friends today and let's see if I can get the messages from them. This was told by one of the users here on mylot. She wasn't getting any notification from mylot. She asked from the admin and the response she got was the same which I told you. So, I hope you have turned the notification on for me and I have already turned it on. About all the 9 events, I don't like receiving emails for the response I get for my discussion. It is easy to get to your discussion if you get any new one for you. I keep my notification for comments on my response from others. Like I always get an email when you add comment on my response!

Thank you sue. To reply all the users who have participated in my discussion, at least I could learn more about them when visiting their profiles to pick a discussion which I’m interested to give my opinion. I agree with you sue, it’s not easy to select the best response from the discussions started, especially those which have received a great number of responses. I have seen some of the users here like to pick out the best one when they have received certain amount of responses. Some even pick the BR after started the topic for an hour or a few hours. I think this might be the easiest way to pick out a best response

I think your system is okey. Your freinds would srely love to see you present in their discussions, and in return, they might actually visit your discussion in return. This may help us earn and may also help us to know each other.

Hi JOIEMARVIC, I just hope that my system could help me and others as well, to find more friends with great interest in mutual interactions, so that we could help one another to promote our discussions here . But it is okay, if we really couldn’t find any interesting discussions from the discussions of one another started pages to respond in return. Anyway I still would try my best to pick one, unless it is true that all of them are not within my ability, or without any knowledge to answer. But I rarely come across such situation before. I am sorry to say that it happened several times time that the responders hadn’t started any discussion yet when I visited their profiles then, so I couldn’t find any discussion there. I feel sad that I couldn’t help them totally in return. I think it is better for a new member here to start at least a couple of new discussions. Happy posting and have a nice day.
